Life has a more peaceful quality when you feel like you are part of it. One way to connect yourself to what's happening in life is through making something. My favorite is visual art, but there are so many forms. You may be good with words, photography, gardening, face painting, music, massage or wood-working. One benefit is losing yourself in the process. Next time you feel stale or stressed, consider making something. You'll be glad you did.
